Corn Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil, then mix in rest of the ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk.
    Boil 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch cake pan or loaf pan.
    Place in refrigerator to cool completely. Slice in thin pieces and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Good with apple butter or syrup.
