Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. light cream or Cremora
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling, salted water.
    Reserve liquid. Melt butter; add onion until soft.
    Blend in flour and broth.
    Cook until boiling.
    Stir in 1 cup liquid from cooked cauliflower.
    Add cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, cauliflower and cheese.
