Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    2 to 3 tsp. red pepper (2 for mild and 3 for hot)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 1 hour; stir occasionally.
