Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cooked chicken breasts, skin and bone removed, pull apart into small pieces
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 (16 oz.) box Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Spray a 13 x 9-inch or larger casserole dish with Pam. Combine soup and sour cream. Layer half of the chicken, half of the soup mixture and all of the broccoli, as the center layer. Continue to layer with chicken and soup mixture.
Top with Ritz crackers, mixed with melted margarine.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
