Pie Crusts(4 Singles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour, spooned into c.
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Blend first four ingredients with pastry blender.
    Add egg. Add water and vinegar; pour over flour mixture and stir with fork. Divide into 4 parts and freeze for future use.
