Banana Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small bananas (ripe)
    1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    strawberries, kiwi fruit slices or other fresh fruit (garnish)
Preparation
    Peel bananas; squeeze lemon juice over bananas. Wrap them in plastic bag and freeze until solid.
    Chill 4 champagne glasses or bowls.
    Cut bananas into small slices.
    Blend in food processor with vanilla extract and milk.
    Blend until very smooth; if mixture becomes too thick, add more milk.
    Pour into chilled glasses or bowls.
    Return to freezer, not longer than 2 hours. Garnish and serve with strawberries, kiwi slices or other fresh fruit.
