Carol'S Red Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck/round steak, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans mushrooms
    8 oz. Imo imitation sour cream
Preparation
    Brown steak with onion, basil and salts.
    Add the tomato and cream of mushroom soups.
    Add mushrooms and cook on low-medium heat for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
