Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast and sugar in water.
Add melted shortening. Stir in dry ingredients.
Let rest 10 minutes.
Roll out, cut and place in greased pan.
Grease top with melted oleo or butter.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven.
