Ingredients

1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. chopped candied cherries
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
pinch of salt
1 egg white
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar, nuts, cherries and lemon peel.
Mix. Whip egg white and salt until stiff.
Fold in coconut mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
Bake about 12 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
