Hungarian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1 large sweet pepper, chopped
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. warm water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in greased loaf pan or casserole.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
    Serve with catsup or tomatoes.
