Chinese Style Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. skinless thighs or legs of chicken, chopped in half
    2 cloves garlic
    shredded ginger
    1/2 onion
    3 Tbsp. oil
    dried chillies
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar or 1/2 tsp. honey
    1/2 gr. chilli
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large pan or wok, brown oil, onion, dried chillies, garlic, salt, ginger and tomato.
    Add some water and stir to make a soup.
    Add chicken; cook completely over low heat.
    Cover.
    Add soy, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir.
