Ingredients

1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Hershey's syrup
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix margarine with crushed cookies.
Put half of the mixture in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Spread 1/2 gallon ice cream (softened) on top of cookies.
Drizzle syrup over ice cream.
Spread Cool Whip over syrup.
Sprinkle remaining cookies over Cool Whip. Freeze overnight.
