Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white Shoepeg corn
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of oregano
    1 large chopped tomato
Preparation
    Mix together and serve.
