Zucchini Casserole No. 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large zucchini
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Slice and
    cook zucchini in 2 cups water for 5 minutes. Drain. While
    zucchini drains, beat eggs until foamy in large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, chopped onion and salt.
    Add cheese until well
    blended.
    Pour
    into
    6
    cup
    shallow
    casserole. Sprinkle with
    bread
    crumbs.
    Dot
    with
    more small pieces of butter or margarine.
    Bake
    in
    a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
