Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. vermicelli, cooked and drained
8 oz. chopped mushrooms
6 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 large cans evaporated milk
4 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
4 c. cooked turkey
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan
Preparation

Saute onions in a little butter or olive oil.
Add all other ingredients except Parmesan.
Stir in spaghetti and place in a large casserole dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
