Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 lb. pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pecans
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat egg white and water until fluffy.
    Place pecans in egg white mixture to coat.
    Then coat pecans with sugar, cinnamon and salt mixture.
