Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Boil sugar, corn syrup and water until mixture spins threads. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Pour hot mixture into egg whites, beating constantly with electric mixer, pouring slowly while beating.
When it begins to stiffen, add vanilla and nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.
Cool.
