Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix softened butter (margarine) and sugar together with mixer. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each.
Stir in bananas. Add flour; mix well.
Pour in greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
