Smoky Mountain Barbecued Ribs(Serves 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. finger ribs
    water
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 lb. onions
    20 slices lemon (8 to 10 lemons)
Preparation
    Cover ribs with water.
    Add salt and simmer 45 minutes.
    Cool ribs in liquid.
    Drain and save liquid for sauce.
    Combine flour, paprika, chili powder, pepper and mustard.
    Roll cooled ribs in mixture to coat.
    Place in roasting pan at an angle.
    Cover with onion and lemon slices.
    Pour Mountain Cabin Barbecue Sauce over and bake.
