Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts (boneless)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayo
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1/3 c. sherry
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Simmer chicken breasts for 1/2 hour in water or chicken broth; cool.
    Thaw broccoli completely.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place broccoli in pan.
    Cut chicken breasts in half; put each chicken breast so it covers the broccoli.
    Mix sherry, mayo and soup; pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
