Chocolate Cake Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cream
    2 sq. grated chocolate
Preparation
    Blend in heavy saucepan.
    Boil over light heat 3 minutes while stirring.
    Reduce heat and cook until it reaches soft ball stage. Cool and beat until creamy.
    Spread on 2 layer cake.
