Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish together; brush it on chicken on all sides.
    Place bread crumbs in large plastic bag. Add chicken, one piece at a time; shake well to coat.
    Place on broiler rack in broiler pan; bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
