Low Fat Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups self rising flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup applesauce
skim milk
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients. Add enough skim milk to make the consistency of cake batter. Spray non stick skillet with Pam and heat. Pour about 3/4 cup batter in skillet and brown on both sides. Serve with your favorite toppings. I use peanut butter and syrup.
