Rick'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 heaping tsp. flour
    2 (5 oz.) cans Carnation evaporated milk
    2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can Angel Flake coconut
    2 unbaked deep dish pie shells
Preparation
    Cream sugar, flour and eggs together.
    Add milk, butter, vanilla and coconut (melt butter).
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until set and brown (approximately 40 to 45 minutes) on center shelf in oven.
    Yields 2 pies.
