Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack), grated
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 pt. yogurt or sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 or 10.
