Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. pure cane sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. finely chopped red apples
    1 egg
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar well; add the eggs and beat. Sift flour, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Add nuts and apples; mix lightly.
    Press into approximately 7 x 11 x 1 1/2-inch pan rubbed with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
