Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. can crushed tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. lasagne noodles
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a large pan, lightly brown beef and onion in oil. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar and spices. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until sauce is thick and not watery.
Cook lasagne noodles and drain.
