Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) ready made Oreo pie crust
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated milk)
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Peppermint extract
10 to 12 drops green food coloring
2 c. (1 pt.) whipped topping
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk, peppermint extract and food coloring.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into crust. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
