Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter or margarine
    1 c. flaked coconut
    2 baked (9-inch) pie shells
    5 egg whites
    10 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix beaten egg yolks, sugar, flour, milk and butter or margarine in top of double boiler.
    Cook until thick.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Cool.
    Pour into baked pie shells.
    Cover with meringue made from stiffly beaten egg whites and 10 tablespoons sugar.
    Brown at 350\u00b0.
