Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    4 eggs, separated
    1 can pineapple, crushed or tidbits
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except egg whites.
    Beat egg white and fold into batter mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not open oven.
