Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. corn
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Drop ears of corn in boiling water.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Dip in cold water.
    Cut from cob; measure.
    Combine corn with remaining ingredients and boil 15 minutes.
    Pack into sterilized jars to within 1/2-inch of top.
    Put on cap; screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 pints.
