Barbara Semchenko'S Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/2 bag frozen broccoli
    2 c. fine egg noodles or broken spaghetti
    garlic powder to taste
    2 to 3 c. milk
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese spread
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, saute onion in oil.
    Add broth and broccoli. Cook 5 minutes.
    Add noodles and garlic.
    Cook until noodles are done.
    Add milk and Velveeta.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Don't boil after milk is added.
    Makes a lot!
