Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean beef stew
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can French onion soup
    chopped potatoes (optional)
    chopped carrots (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and seal tightly in pan with aluminum foil.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    Do not open until cooking time is over.
    (If adding vegetables, may also want to add 1 can cream of mushroom soup.)
    Great main dish for Sunday dinner.
