Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded cheese (save 1/2 c. for top)
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute hamburger and salt.
    A little chopped onion may be added. Mix the potatoes, soup and sour cream with 1 1/2 cups of cheese all together with the meat.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake a few minutes more.
