Lemon Chicken Medallions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets or boneless breast (turkey or veal may be used)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
5 Tbsp. oil
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. water
juice from 3 lemons or 6 Tbsp. ReaLemon juice
cornstarch or flour to thicken
Preparation

Cut chicken into medallions.
Mix flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Dredge and coat meat pieces.
Heat oil in skillet. Fry meat until golden brown.
Remove meat and place in oven at low temperature to keep warm.
