Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. herb seasoned bread stuffing
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef (2 1/2 c. packed)
    2 ribs chopped celery (1 scant c.)
Preparation
    Line 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch loaf pan with foil.
    Mix together first 6 ingredients to moisten.
    Add beef and celery, mixing with hands until well blended.
    Put into pan and shape into a loaf. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
