Pearl Huffman'S Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lard
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Add a little of the sugar to the warm water.
    Add yeast and dissolve real well.
    Add remaining ingredients and make a soft dough.
    Let rise until doubled in size.
    Work down and make into rolls.
    To make rolls, pinch off dough about the size of an egg. Roll dough between both hands to the shape of a hot dog.
    Place close together in a loaf pan.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
