King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1 pkg. tortillas
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    garlic salt and chili powder
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    In large saucepan, heat oil.
    Add chopped onion, celery and bell pepper; brown until tender.
    Dip tortillas in chicken stock to soften.
    Add soups, tomatoes, chicken stock and milk to vegetables.
