Stir-Fried Nectarine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large nectarines, peeled and sliced in 1/4-inch segments
    2 tsp. ginger preserves
    1/8 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
    2 Tbsp. Mandarin Napoleon or Grand Marnier liqueur
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients.
    In a cup, mix the liqueur and water.
    Heat oil to the smoking point in a wok, add the fruit mixture and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a bowl; stir in the liqueur mixture.
    Serve hot as a dessert or as a side dish for fish, pork, poultry or curry.
    Serves 2.
