Liver And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 lb. bacon
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 medium onion
1 lb. liver
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
-
Fry bacon; saute onion.
Coat liver in flour and seasonings. Brown liver slowly on both sides, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Place bacon on top.
Top with whipping cream and simmer for 20 minutes.
Use sauce over boiled potatoes.
