Molded Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
3 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 large apple, minced
Preparation

Bring to boil cranberries and 3 cups water.
Cook 3 minutes. Add sugar and cook 15 minutes longer.
While still hot, add orange jello.
Cool.
Add the celery, walnuts and apple.
Pour in mold or serving dish.
Serve when set.
