Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Thoroughly blend cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
Fold in pineapple, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Chill several hours. Divide in half.
Shape into balls.
Roll in nuts.
Chill overnight.
Serve with crackers.
Make ahead and freeze if desired.
Makes 2 cheese balls (1 pound each).
