Rotel Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 potatoes
    1 pkg. Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Dice
    and
    boil potatoes until soft.
    Melt mild Mexican cheese in microwave to a boil.
    Blend in Ro-Tel tomatoes.\tMix with potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
