Orzo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 yellow peppers, sliced in strips
2 red peppers, sliced in strips
1 Tbsp. basil
2 Tbsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. tarragon
1 lb. raw peeled shrimp
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. Feta cheese

Preparation

Saute onion, peppers and spices in olive oil approximately 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
Add shrimp and continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes, until shrimp are cooked.
Add 1 can Mexican tomatoes. Add Feta cheese; warm through.
In a separate pan, cook orzo pasta as directed; drain.
Serve shrimp mixture over orzo pasta.
