Oven Fried Fish(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fat-free saltines, processed to fine crumbs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 lb. fish fillets of choice
    lemon wedges (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Stir mustard into cracker crumbs.
    Beat egg white with milk in a broad, shallow pan.
    Spread crumbs on plate.
    Dip fillets one at a time.
    Coat with crumbs.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake for about 15 minutes.
