Ingredients

4 whole eggs, beaten
1 stick margarine or butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt margarine or butter; add beaten eggs slowly.
Beat in sugar.
Add coconut, milk and vanilla.
Pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
