Cheesed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    10 strips bacon, fried crisp
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Remove stems and wash mushrooms.
    Cook caps in salt water for 15 minutes.
    Drain mushrooms thoroughly and place in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine ingredients and fill mushrooms with mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    May be prepared ahead and baked later.
