Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 - 18 lb. Brisket
    onion, sliced
    bell pepper, sliced
    jalapeno, sliced
    garlic salt
    seasoned salt
    black pepper and peppercorns
    Claude's Brisket Sauce
    Liquid Smoke
    Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
    Build a really hot fire; sear brisket on both sides. While fire is cooling down a little, take brisket and season with spices and sauces. Put onion and peppers on one side of brisket and wrap with foil. Wrap twice to keep juices from spilling out. Put back on pit and let cook for 6-8 hours, keeping a low fire going all the time. Should be very tender.
