Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    4 slices bread, crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green or red pepper
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. milk
    additional ketchup to coat
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly mix all ingredients except additional ketchup in a large bowl.
    Form mixture into a loaf and place in a large size pan (make sure pan is larger than meat loaf).
    Ice top and sides with additional ketchup as if frosting a cake.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours in oven.
    Remove and carefully pour off fat.
