Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 medium red potatoes
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    grated cheese
    Bac*Os or bacon bits
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil quartered red potatoes with skin until tender in salted water; drain.
    Slice butter over potatoes.
    Mix in sour cream gently and sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.
    Heat in dish until hot throughout and cheese has melted.
